Claudia Cohen
Communications Director
Claudia is a seasoned digital strategist with six years of global and domestic branding, marketing, and communications experience. She began her career at Lippe Taylor, excelling in the Digital, Paid, & Influencer team, where she developed paid digital strategies, managed influencer campaigns, and developed marketing strategies for clients such as Bayer, Citigroup, and Revlon.
Transitioning to Porter Novelli, Claudia played a dual role on the Digital + Paid Media teams, showcasing her expertise in executing paid digital strategies for brands like Eli Lilly and Bayer. Recognized for her contributions, she received a fast-track promotion and later joined the New Business team, where she project-managed large new business pitches and implemented modern processes. Claudia was an Account Manager at Algebra Media, focusing on influencer marketing to enhance brands' presence on YouTube.
She serves as the Marketing and Communications Director on the National Flight Training Alliance Board, advocating for the aviation industry.
Claudia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Lehigh University, with minors in Computer Science and Entrepreneurship. Outside of work, she enjoys flying planes, playing Padel, golf, and tennis. Claudia's career journey reflects her dedication to excellence, strategic thinking, and a proven record of accomplishment in digital strategy and marketing.


Rachel Steir
Creative Director
Rachel started her career as an Operations Coordinator at an expert network in New York City, supporting twelve global teams with adept negotiation skills, calendar management, and event planning.
Rachel then worked on the marketing and brand activation team at a Commercial Real Estate firm in NYC until 2020, leading the development of an itinerary-based mobile app for the top producing brokers' trip overseas and organizing conferences in different cities for 150+ brokers.

Amid the pandemic, Rachel enhanced her skills by completing a UX/UI certification, merging her passion for events and curated experiences with user-focused interfaces. This led her to Lindy Live, where, as head of operations and product, she utilized Bubble.io to help combat senior loneliness, propelling Lindy Live into Antler’s technology start-up incubator program.
She then embraced freelancing more full-time, donning multiple hats. She began assisting a consumer product goods private label manufacturer in Los Angeles with ad-hoc projects, becoming the go-to person for quick marketing collateral, social media strategies, and event planning. Rachel orchestrated the printing and shipping of marketing materials for their launch party as well as materials for their brands.

Rachel graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan, along with certifications in entrepreneurship and sales. Renowned for her creative problem-solving skills, Rachel excels in developing and executing customized experiences. Her keen curiosity and empathetic nature drive her to thoroughly understand and meet the audience's needs. She is also fluent in Figma as well as Adobe Creative Cloud.
